Other Terms & Conditions:
- Upon signing an AMC, our team will carry out a Condition Survey for the Civil and MEP snags testing of property free of cost.
- Any snags highlighted in the condition survey will be considered as additional to the AMC and quoted separately.
- Civil works included in the AMC are limited to minor carpentry (repairs of hinges, touch-up of door frames) and minor masonry repairs (minor grouting and sealant application). Major civil works will be inspected and quoted separately, with guaranteed competitive rates.
- Working hours for PPM and Reactive Calls are from 8:00 am until 5:30 pm. Emergencies and High Priority callouts will be attended to outside of working hours.
- Working hours during the summer and Ramadan periods for external areas will be as per UAE Laws.
- Either party may terminate the AMC by giving a 30-day notice period in writing.
